Shikumen Capital Management (HK) Limited is an alternative investment manager established in 2007. SCM is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission for Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities. Shikumen Capital Management (Tianjin) Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SCM, is registered with the Government of Tianjin FTZ to manage onshore RMB funds in the PRC. SCM has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Crosby Capital Limited since September 2010.
